Baylor Knoll
National Account Manager
Managing national accounts as well as taking the lead on sourcing and coordinating select meetings, Baylor also drives Cypress Planning Group's business development efforts. With extensive experience in hotels, she is comfortable working in fast-paced environments and negotiating clutch contracts. Baylor began her career in hospitality with The Ritz-Carlton and, today, is a sales veteran proficient in increasing revenues and enhancing share value across a range of markets.
And while she doesn’t claim to have an actual green thumb, her love of gardening translates to nurturing healthy growth for our firm and cultivating long-term value add for our clients.
Baylor holds two B.A.’s from Florida State University—one in International Affairs and the other in East Asian Languages and Cultures. Collaborative, resourceful and responsive at the office, she’s also independent, creative, and incredibly “constructive” at home. Did you know you can make your own shiplap? BAYLOR DOES. She’ll stress the importance of being flexible in the face of adversity while installing the perfect backsplash. A native of Miami, Florida, Baylor lives in Virginia with her husband and three children, who all refer to her as “The Home Whisperer.” Shhhh. Please don’t tell HGTV!
